We have handled various Mergers and Acquisitions, heading end to end processes for such M&As. The M&A covered various Legal, Secretarial and Business Aspects and included Indian as well as cross border transactions of more than US $ 120 million in size put together. With his experience and quick understanding of the business requirements, we have handled complex tasks and processes of legal and documentation, with various stakeholders like Shareholders, Bankers, Regulatory Authorities.
