The Firm is led by Mr. Amit Jaste (B.Com, F.C.S., LL.B. ) who is a dynamic professional with more than 20 years of rich experience in Secretarial / Compliance Functions, Legal Affairs, Banking & Finance, Strategic Decision making.

The firm carries experience of Mr. Jaste who has been deft at handling Secretarial, legal, functions, Proficient at Business Structure Decisions, such as equity structures, debt structures and optimal use of the same for various business decisions

He has experience in handing Incorporation; Listing of Company on the Bourses; Various Equity issuance such as Preferential Allotments, Bonus, Subdivision of Shares; various Compliance Management for Listed and Unlisted Companies including Insider trading and Takeover regulations compliances.

We have handled various Mergers and Acquisitions, heading end to end processes for such M&As. The M&A covered various Legal, Secretarial and Business Aspects and included Indian as well as cross border transactions of more than US $ 120 million in size put together. With his experience and quick understanding of the business requirements, we have handled complex tasks and processes of legal and documentation, with various stakeholders like Shareholders, Bankers, Regulatory Authorities.
